Navcon Engineering Network is a reseller of Data Physics Dynamic Signal Analyzers.
During our 4-day Hands-On Modal Testing and Analysis Training attendees use the 4-channel DP Quattro and a 32-channel Abacus system. During the training attendees use the DAQ system to learn different impact testing and shaker testing, conduct modal test on the Jim Beam, a Porsche and a Box Beam
Shaker - APS Dynamics Inc.
Since 1988, Navon Engineering is a reseller of APS Dynamics Inc. Shaker & Amplifiers.
On the 2nd day of our Hands-On Modal & Analysis training attendee conduct a Modal test on a Porsche Modal. Attendees shake the 916 Porsche with a APS Long-Stroke Electro-Dynamic Shaker using random excitation. At the end of the exercise the shaker is used to excite at the resonance frequencies. Attendees get hands on rigid body modes, bending, torsional modes and a wing mode.
Sensor - PCB PIEZOTRONICS
Since the early 1990, Navcon Engineering has been developed customized noise and vibration data acquisition systems. The system included PCB Piezotronics sensors such as high pressure or low noise microphones and pre-amplifiers, accelerometers, pressure transducers, seismic transducers, force transducers, impact hammers or calibrators … PCB Piezotronics provide the right sensors for the applications.
During our 4-day Hands-On Modal Testing and Analysis Training attendees use sensor such as accelerometer, hand-held calibrators, load cells and impact hammers. During the training we discuss sensor selection criteria’s to optimize data quality.
