SIDLAB Flow
SIDLAB Double Plug Muffler Flow Model Schematic

SIDLAB Flow is a very quick 1D tool to calculate the pressure drop introduced by the designed muffler system. It calculates the flow distribution and pressure drop inside the network using a two-port formulation, and feeds the results into the acoustic calculation in SIDLAB Acoustics.

Subsequently, the company focused on the development of electro-dynamic shakers and power amplifiers. The Company's name was changed in 1989 to APS Dynamics, Inc.

Zero-Position-Controller

The APS 0109 Zero-Position-Controller automatically controls the zero position of a vibration exciter irrespective of the payload. It is essential to employ a position controller of type APS 0109 especially when working with a vibration exciter without any integrated load compensation.
